Logo DesignSilver Package.

Entertrainer, coach to next level public speaking, had a logo which no longer represented his business in an accurate way. The company wished to refresh it's identity.

Stage 1Pencil to Paper.

At first, the owner and I had a conversation about the business itself. On my request he also filled in a brand canvas. This was crucial because the brand's goals, vision, visual identity and more got clarified.

With a filled in brand canvas and a great understanding of Entertrainer I started sketching. Shapes, colors, font styles, slogans. After a couple hours I had some designs I could digitalize.

Stage 2Variations and Revisions.

With the ideas organized and on paper, I was able to begin the process of logo concept creation. Depending on the design package selected, I offer concepts in groups of 3, 5 and 8. Or in other words: bronze, silver and gold.

Entertrainers bronze package allowed me to develop 3 original concepts for them to review. I've used a mindmap to discover multiple visual and creative directions I could use.

Entertrainer's new logo.

The final logo design by Rick Bierman Designs works effectively as a new logo for Entertrainers identity. The three characters that stand in a welcoming way in front of the frame reprepresent presenting, togetherness and playfulness. They communicate the fact that presenting can be fun and raise confidence.

The final logo always comes with these high res files: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI (Vector). Additional files are available upon request.

Why do you charge €1000 for a logo?

There’s a huge difference in terms of quality and service, between working with a €100 logo designer, and a reputable professional designer. Designing a logo is an iterative and multi-step process that involves consultations, research, brainstorming, sketches, and several design concepts, revisions and much more. That’s why custom logo packages can wildly range in price from €1000 to €4000 based on the amount of time and effort needed to get the job done.

What is the client involvement during the logo design process?

Each logo design project is a collaborative process between Rick Bierman Designs and the client. I encourage the client to bring in any samples, colour combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help me get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. During the design process, the client is asked to review, provide feedback and revisions.

Do I get an AI/Vector file of my logo once finished?

Yes, you will receive the finalized AI/Vector file, jpeg, and png of your new logo. With these files, your new logo can be used to complete stationery and brand marketing – including but not limited to business card, brochure design, websites, mailings and any other designs your business may require.

How long does a logo take to complete?

Ultimately, the timeline for completion depends on the feedback and communication. My logo design process is both collaborative and creative which does take time but that’s only because your vision is important to me. That being said, my average logo design takes between 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

Will I own my logo once it’s done?

Yes, you will own your finalized logo. However, I do not offer any patent/trademark registration – this is a separate process that is optional on your end.
